Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our construction team. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations on construction sites, ensuring the completion of high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring trades, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting safety briefings, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site management, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Previous experience in super prime residential refurbishment is essential for one of the roles.
- Valid Black Manager’s or Gold Supervisor’s CSCS card (preferred).
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certifications are required.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commercial experience (preferred for one of the roles).
- Full UK driving license (preferred for one of the roles).
